The Towns We Actually Work In
Main Street Creative works out of 152 North Main Street in Doylestown, and the twenty towns below are the ones we drive to, photograph in, and build search campaigns for every week. Each page is written specifically for that market rather than assembled from a template with the town name swapped, because the businesses reading them can tell the difference immediately and so, increasingly, can Google.
Twenty Markets, One Short Drive
We are a two person shop by design, which means the territory we claim is the territory we can genuinely serve in person rather than a list of every zip code within a hundred miles.
Almost every agency ranking for Bucks County search terms is headquartered somewhere else, frequently in Lancaster, Philadelphia, King of Prussia or across the river in New Jersey, and their location pages are the same eight hundred words with the town name substituted in twenty times. That approach still ranks in some categories, and it produces marketing that anybody living in the town can spot within about two sentences.
We took the opposite approach. Every page below was researched and written for that specific market, naming the actual commercial streets, the employers that anchor the local economy, the school districts families move for, and the particular competitive problem a business in that town runs into when it searches for itself.
The practical benefit for you is that we already understand your market before the first meeting. We know that Newtown Borough and Newtown Township behave like separate search markets, that a single zip code covers both Feasterville and Trevose, that Levittown is not a municipality at all, and that a Morrisville business is competing against a state capital four hundred feet away.
If your town is not listed below, call anyway. The list reflects where our clients are concentrated rather than a boundary we refuse to cross, and we regularly work in the smaller boroughs and townships that sit between these pages.
